Shipping
All orders received by 6PM EST ship next business day for available inventory.
All orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. This allows us to get most regularly stocked items to you in 5 days or less.
All orders over $25 ship free with USPS Ground Advantage.
An email will be sent from our shipping partner with your tracking number as soon as the label is printed.
You can also track your order by using our order tracking page HERE.
Priority and Overnight Shipping are available at additional charges and will not qualify for free shipping regarless of the amount of your order. You can select these shipping methods on the checkout page.
You can use the tracking number provided to you to see where your package is by visiting the tracking number link in the shipment email, on your user profile, or thru the tracking page.

Use + Care
In most cases this is because too much of the fragrance oil has been allowed to escape into the lid and the oil is saturating the drawstring. You can also replace the stopper to prevent accidental additions of oils to the wooden lid.
Usage time will vary by many factors. Our air refreshers are formulated to last around 30 days. Environmental factors such as heat can cause evaporation to occur faster than normal. You can replace the stopper to elongate the time that your air refresher lasts.
Returns + Order Issues
We will make all attempts to ship orders received prior to 6pm Eastern Time the next business day if available inventory allows. There are times that this is not possible. If your order has been shipped please use the tracking page HERE to review its current shipment status.
If your order arrived damaged during shipping, please reach out to us via the returns page. We ask that you also upload photos of the damaged product so we can file a claim with our shipper. We will send replacement products as soon as possible at no charge.
